Summary
This study looks at whether changes in blood platelet function can signal kidney transplant rejection without needing a biopsy. Researchers will measure platelet activity in 60 adult kidney transplant recipients before and after surgery, and compare results with standard biopsy findings. The goal is to develop a non-invasive test to detect rejection early.
