NCT ID NCT05550896

First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at how certain blood components and heart imaging patterns might help predict the worsening of aortic stenosis, a common heart valve condition in older adults. Researchers will study 65 people with mild or moderate aortic stenosis and compare them to healthy controls. The goal is to find new targets for medicines that could slow the disease down.
