Summary
This study looks at whether adding a plasma device to standard scar care helps improve scars like keloids, burn scars, and acne scars. Researchers will compare 400 patients who get plasma therapy plus standard care with 400 who get standard care alone. The goal is to see if the device reduces scar thickness, itching, and pain over 6 months.
