Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special plasma device to usual scar care can help improve scars from surgery, burns, acne, and other causes. Researchers will compare 400 people who get plasma therapy plus standard care with 400 who get standard care alone. The goal is to see if the device reduces scar thickness, itching, and pain, and improves overall scar appearance over 6 months.
