Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called Plasma-Activated Saline Solution (PASS) for bladder cancer. Five patients will receive a one-week course of PASS infused directly into the bladder before their scheduled surgery. The goal is to see if the treatment safely shrinks tumors and kills cancer cells, potentially offering a new option for managing the disease.
