Summary

This study compares two types of injections—bone marrow aspirate and platelet-rich fibrin—to treat chronic plantar fasciitis (long-term heel pain). 72 adults with heel pain lasting over 6 months will receive one of the treatments under ultrasound guidance. The goal is to see which injection reduces pain and improves foot function better.
