New stretching gadget takes on night splints in plantar fasciitis showdown

Summary
This study tests whether a new calf stretching device works better than standard night splints for people with plantar fasciitis. One hundred adults with the condition will use one of the two devices for six weeks and report their pain levels. The goal is to find a more comfortable and effective way to ease heel pain.
