NCT ID NCT07138339

Summary

This study tested whether plant-based health and wellness products could improve menstrual wellness in premenopausal women. Researchers enrolled 850 women across the United States who took either active products or placebos for 13 weeks without knowing which they received. The study measured changes in menstrual distress, pain, and overall wellbeing through online surveys to see if these products could help ease period-related symptoms.
