Summary

This study is testing whether a diet rich in plant-based foods is safe and practical for people with chronic kidney disease stages 3-4. Forty adults in Singapore will either follow a plant-based diet or standard kidney-friendly diet for two years. Researchers will track diet adherence, potassium levels, and kidney function to see if this approach can help slow disease progression.
