Placental grafts may heal stubborn diabetic foot sores

Summary
This study tests whether adding a special placental-based skin graft to usual wound care helps close hard-to-heal diabetic foot ulcers faster than usual care alone. About 272 adults with diabetes and foot sores that haven't healed after 4 to 52 weeks will take part. The main goal is to see if more ulcers close completely within 12 weeks with the graft treatment.
