Summary

This study looks back at 300 women treated for placenta accreta spectrum (a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb) over the past 10 years at Assiut University Hospital. Researchers will compare different surgical methods, including womb-sparing techniques, to see which are safest and most effective. The goal is to improve care and reduce life-threatening bleeding during delivery.
