Summary
This study looked at how well people with phenylketonuria (PKU) accept a new protein substitute called PKU Sphere. Thirteen participants slowly increased their intake over up to 16 weeks, then stayed on it for 4 more weeks while tracking side effects, taste, and blood levels of key amino acids. The goal was to see if it helps manage PKU without causing stomach problems.
