This study tests a new device called Pivot Extend for people with severe tricuspid regurgitation, a condition where a heart valve leaks. The device is placed through a small tube in a blood vessel, avoiding open-heart surgery. The study will enroll 10 adults who are at high risk for surgery. Researchers will check if the device is safe and if it reduces symptoms like shortness of breath and swelling.
