Summary
This study is testing whether eating 1.5 ounces of pistachios every day for six months can reduce inflammation and increase lean muscle mass in healthy, active adults. Researchers will compare a group eating pistachios to a group not eating any. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can help improve health markers and body composition.
