Summary

This study compares two types of hands-on therapy—Stecco Fascial Manipulation and Rolfing Structural Integration—for people with piriformis syndrome, a condition that causes buttock and leg pain. Forty-two adults aged 25 to 45 will receive four weekly treatment sessions. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves hip movement.
