Summary

This study tests whether adding a special type of chemotherapy called PIPAC (sprayed directly into the abdomen) to standard IV chemotherapy can help people with peritoneal mesothelioma live longer. The trial includes 66 adults who have not had prior treatment and cannot have surgery. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either standard chemo alone or standard chemo plus PIPAC.
