Summary

This study tests a program called Project RISE for college students who have had suicidal thoughts or eating problems. The program includes four modules that teach body awareness, emotional awareness, and healthy self-care. Participants are compared to a group that learns general healthy habits. The goal is to see if improving body awareness can reduce suicidal thoughts and eating disorder symptoms.
