NCT ID NCT07345351
First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Clinical Pilates to lifestyle counseling helps women with jaw joint disorders (TMD) more than counseling alone. 62 women aged 18-45 with muscle-related TMD will be split into two groups: one gets only lifestyle advice, the other also does Pilates twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, jaw movement, posture, and quality of life to see if the combined approach works better.
