Summary
This study tested whether Pilates exercises could help reduce neck pain in violinists. Thirty violinists with neck pain were split into two groups to do different types of Pilates exercises for six weeks. Researchers measured their pain, neck function, and sleep quality before and after the program to see if it helped.
