New hope for psoriasis patients who failed standard biologic therapy

Summary

This study tests a new medication called picankibart in about 308 adults with plaque psoriasis who did not get enough relief from common biologic drugs (IL-17 inhibitors). Participants will switch to picankibart or an active control to see if it better clears skin symptoms. The trial lasts 48 weeks and focuses on safety and how well the drug works.
