Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) who still have symptoms like dizziness, neck pain, or headaches after two weeks. It combines physical therapy for the neck and balance systems with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address both physical and emotional aspects. The trial will involve 34 adults and aims to see if this combined treatment is practical and helpful, not yet to prove it works.
