First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to standard neck and balance rehab helps people with persistent symptoms after a mild concussion. It will include 34 adults aged 18–70 who still have dizziness, neck pain, or headaches at least two weeks after injury. The goal is to see if this combined approach is practical and worth testing in a larger trial.
