Summary
This study looked at whether a structured physiotherapy program could help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in children aged 6 to 18 with autism or ADHD. The program included breathing exercises, acupressure, relaxation, and other activities. 117 children took part, and researchers measured changes in their emotional well-being using questionnaires.
