Summary

This study looked at whether adding vitamin D to physical therapy helps people with long-term low back pain. 200 adults from Saudi Arabia took part, including 100 with back pain and 100 healthy volunteers. Some received physical therapy alone, while others also got vitamin D supplements for six weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, and inflammation levels before and after treatment.
