Hospital checks its own restraint practices

NCT ID NCT07335575

Summary

This study aims to see if emergency room doctors and nurses at a French hospital are following safety guidelines when they physically restrain patients. Researchers will look at 450 cases where patients were restrained over six months. They will compare what happened to the official recommendations and analyze which patients were most often restrained and why.
