Summary
This study tested a program to help women with type 2 diabetes become more physically active. 86 women aged 30-65 were split into two groups: one received a video, pamphlet, and activity coaching, while the other got usual care. The program aimed to increase daily activity and improve blood sugar control. Results showed the program helped women be more active and may improve diabetes management.
