Summary
This study looked at whether taking a daily supplement called phosphatidylserine can help beginner gamers play better, think faster, and sleep better. 80 healthy adults who are new to gaming took either a placebo, 100 mg, or 200 mg of the supplement every day for 6 weeks. Researchers measured gaming scores, attention, mood, and heart rate during gaming sessions to see if the supplement made a difference.
