Summary
This study looks at whether checking in with a physiotherapist by phone after spine surgery works as well as meeting in person. Researchers will compare disability levels and quality of life in 200 patients who had lumbar spine surgery. The goal is to see if phone follow-ups can save time, money, and reduce travel without harming patient care.
