Summary
This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy called behavioral activation can be delivered effectively by phone or video call to help reduce depression in older adults who have survived cancer. Researchers want to see if this remote approach can successfully treat depressive symptoms in this specific group. The study involves 86 participants aged 65+ who have a history of cancer and are experiencing depression symptoms.
