Summary

This study is testing whether a therapy program delivered over the phone is a practical way to help young adults in Hong Kong manage alcohol use disorder. Sixty participants aged 18-25 will be randomly assigned to receive either six weeks of phone therapy or general social support calls. The main goal is to see if the phone therapy program is feasible to run, while also checking if it might help people drink less.
