Summary
This study is testing whether using a daily smartphone app can help adults with overweight or obesity manage their weight and improve health. Participants will use an app for 6 months, track their weight and blood sugar, and compare results to a standard weight loss program. The goal is to see if mobile technology leads to better weight loss, confidence in managing weight, and quality of life.
