First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new biosimilar drug (HLX319) to see if it works like the approved drug Phesgo for people with HER2-positive early or locally advanced breast cancer. About 258 participants will receive either HLX319 or Phesgo before surgery to compare how the drug moves through the body, its effectiveness, and safety. The goal is to offer a more affordable treatment option.
