This study looks at whether a measure called Phenotypic Age Acceleration (PhenoAgeAccel), calculated from routine blood tests, can predict who will develop major chronic diseases like diabetes, dementia, cancer, or lung disease, and how long they might live. Researchers will follow 2 million Chinese adults aged 35-73 for years, using their medical records to track new illnesses and deaths. No treatments or extra procedures are involved—just observation and data analysis.
