New MRI technique maps blood flow in neck arteries

Summary
This study tests a special MRI technique to measure blood flow in branches of the external carotid artery. Researchers will compare healthy volunteers with people who have had radiation, artery embolization, or reconstructive surgery. The goal is to improve understanding of blood flow for better surgical planning.
