NCT ID NCT01479842

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new three-drug combination (ibrutinib, rituximab, and bendamustine) in adults with certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that have come back after prior treatment. The main goal is to find the safest dose of ibrutinib when given with the other two drugs and to check for side effects. About 48 participants will receive the treatment to see if this approach can better control the cancer.
