NCT ID NCT01374620
First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two chemotherapy drugs (paclitaxel given weekly by IV, and cyclophosphamide taken daily by mouth) in 28 adults with advanced cancer who had no other treatment options. The main goal was to find the safest dose of the combination and to see how well it controlled the disease. The study was completed and focused on managing cancer rather than curing it.
