Summary
This study tested a nasal spray called PH94B in 224 adults with social anxiety disorder to see if it quickly reduces anxiety during a public speaking challenge. Participants used the spray just before speaking and rated their distress. The goal was to find a fast-acting, non-sedating option for managing sudden anxiety in social situations.
