Summary
This study tested a nasal spray called PH94B to see if it can ease anxiety in people with adjustment disorder, a condition where stress from life events causes significant anxiety. 41 adults took either the spray or a placebo four times a day for four weeks. The main goal was to measure changes in anxiety levels using a standard questionnaire.
