Summary
This study compared two ways to end a pregnancy in the second trimester for women who had a previous C-section. Sixty women received either a medication (PGE1) or a balloon device (cervical Foleys) to see which led to a complete abortion within 48 hours. The goal is to find the safer and more effective method to reduce complications.
