First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This completed Phase 1 study looked at how healthy men absorb, process, and eliminate the experimental drug PF-07220060. Twelve participants received the drug by mouth or by injection. Researchers measured the drug and its breakdown products in blood, urine, and stool to understand how the body handles it. The results will help guide future studies of this drug.
