Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug, PF-07994525, in 120 adults with advanced multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Researchers will closely monitor side effects and how the body processes the drug.
