This early-phase study tested a new drug (PF-07826390) alone or with another drug (sasanlimab) in people with advanced solid tumors like lung, colon, kidney, and ovarian cancers. The goal was to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Only 10 people took part before the study was stopped early.
