Inclusion criteria: * Females of non-childbearing potential and males, aged 18 years or older at the time of screening, who are overtly healthy as determined by medical evaluation including medical history, physical examination, laboratory tests, vital signs, and 12-lead ECG. * BMI of ≥ 18.5 and \< 28.0 kg/m2; and a total body weight \>50 kg (110 lb). * Participants who are willing and able to comply with all scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, lifestyle considerations, and other study procedures. Exclusion Criteria: * Evidence or history of clinically significant hematological, renal, endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hepatic, psychiatric, neurological, or allergic disease (including drug allergies, but excluding untreated, asymptomatic, seasonal allergies at the time of dosing). * History of HIV infection, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C; positive testing for HIV, HBsAg, HBcAb, HBV-DNA, HCVAb, HCV-RNA, or syphilis. * Any condition possibly affecting drug absorption (eg, gastrectomy, cholecystectomy). * Any medical or psychiatric condition including any active suicidal ideation in the past year or suicidal behavior in the past 5 years or laboratory abnormality or other conditions that may increase the risk of study participation or, in the investigator's judgment, make the participant inappropriate for the study. * History of DVT, pulmonary embolism, or arterial thrombosis.
