Summary
This study looked at how the experimental drug PF-07248144 is absorbed, processed, and removed from the body. Eight healthy adults received a radiolabeled version of the drug by mouth and by IV. Researchers measured the drug in blood, urine, and stool to understand its movement and breakdown.
