New imaging agent could light up hidden cancers
NCT ID NCT01697930
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug called F-Glutamine, used with PET scans to see if it can find tumors in people with solid cancers or lymphoma. About 67 participants will receive a tiny injection of F-Glutamine, and researchers will measure how long it stays in the blood and where it goes in the body. The goal is to gather safety and imaging data to plan future trials comparing F-Glutamine scans to standard methods.
