Listening to the brain to Fine-Tune Parkinson's treatment
NCT ID NCT07336199
Summary
This study aims to make deep brain stimulation (DBS) therapy for Parkinson's disease more personalized and efficient. Researchers will work with 25 patients who already have DBS implants to see if a patient's own rating of how well the stimulation works matches up with specific signals recorded from their brain. The goal is to use this information to help doctors find the best stimulation settings for each individual faster.
