First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested whether a digital blood pressure diary could help doctors personalize the dose of the blood pressure drug Zestril for people with uncomplicated hypertension. Twenty adults used a smartphone app to record home blood pressure readings, allowing remote dose adjustments. The goal was to see if this approach helps more patients reach their target blood pressure by 12 weeks.
