Summary
This study looked at whether giving people personalized lifestyle advice based on their genetic test results helps them lose more weight than standard advice. Overweight or obese Korean adults were split into two groups: one received tailored guidance, the other general tips. The goal was to see if the personalized approach led to greater weight loss over about 17 months.
