Summary
This study tested a personalized version of cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for veterans with PTSD. The goal was to see if tailoring the therapy to each person's unique challenges could improve their daily functioning, quality of life, and treatment engagement more than standard CPT. About 179 veterans participated, and researchers compared the two approaches over treatment and a 3-month follow-up.
