Summary
This pilot study tests whether giving people personalized doses of omega-3 fish oil helps them reach a target omega-3 level in their blood. Researchers will enroll 48 adults with low omega-3 levels and provide tailored supplement recommendations for 90 days. The goal is to see if this approach effectively raises omega-3 index above 8%.
