First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized mRNA vaccine (RH125) in 36 adults with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to attack each person's unique cancer. Researchers will check safety, immune response, and whether the vaccine alone or with a PD-1 blocker can shrink tumors or slow disease.
